FAQ

Real questions, real answers.

Do I need a coach to use this?

No. That's the whole point. Onboarding asks the same questions a good coach would, and the planning engine does the rest. No monthly call, no $200 invoice.

Can I train for a triathlon?

Yes. Pick swim + bike + run during onboarding and you'll get a full triathlon block, bricks included. Duathlon, aquathlon, and aquabike are also there.

I'm a beginner. Will it crush me?

Nope. Be honest about your level in onboarding and the plan starts where you are. There's no "you're not fast enough" gate. Beginner to advanced, all welcome.

What if my schedule blows up?

Generate a fresh plan whenever your race date, training days, or goals change. Smarter mid-plan adjustments (vacations, races, missed-workout recovery) are coming next.

Is there really a free tier?
